“Very attentive to the refinance of my home. I was not up to speed on the technology involved in sending in information needed to process my loan. Valentina was very helpful in helping me navigate some of the difficulties. Only two comments about the process: I was a little surprised at the amount of documentation that was needed to approve our loan. There was also a slight breakdown in communication in scheduling our settlement date. Overall a very pleasant and easy experience.”
