Fidelity Direct Mortgage Corp is a licensed Mortgage Banker.
Whatever your financing needs may be, I’m here to help you navigate your options and feel confident about your next steps.
I take a lot of pride in carefully reviewing every preapproval, no matter the loan size. My goal is to do thorough due diligence upfront so we can help minimize surprises later and keep your transaction moving as smoothly as possible. Buying a home is a big milestone, and it can feel overwhelming at times, so clear communication and preparation are very important to me.
I believe a strong preapproval starts with addressing questions early. When needed, I work with our in-house underwriting team to get clarity upfront so you can move forward with greater confidence. Final approval is always subject to full underwriting review and satisfaction of loan conditions, but my focus is on helping you be well-prepared from the start.
A little about my background:
• 11+ years of experience in mortgage lending, including 9+ years with Fidelity Direct Mortgage
• Experience contributing to and closing over $1 billion in total loan volume
• Licensed in MD, VA, DC, NC, and FL
If you're looking for a responsive, detail-oriented lender who values preparation and communication, I’d love the opportunity to connect and see how Fidelity Direct Mortgage and I can assist with your home financing needs.
